Standard “Off-the-Shelf” Cleated Belting Available in Cleated Incline/Mini Chevron

Pattern

Features 1/4″ high, 6″ wide chevron profiles in a staggard pattern. The OAG includes the profile. Use Recessed OAG for Lacing Recommendation.

Compounds

Mulhern Belting’s Rubber Profiles are primarily available in three compounds: SBR, MOR and EPDM.

Sidewall

We manufacture our rubber sidewall for fabrication or to be sold loose. Rubber sidewall can be made 1″ to 8″.

Moldable Cleat Patterns

We can provide a wide variety of custom cleat configurations. Lug sizes range from 1/2″ x 1/2″ to 1″ x 1″. Call for exact specifications. Lugs can also be used as flanges or small cleats.
